"Service" refers to the Contextora application and website.
"User" refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
"Connected Accounts" refers to any AI models and platforms that a User links to the Service.
1.1 By using Contextora, you ("User") affirm that all data imported, uploaded, or otherwise entered into the Contextora SaaS application ("Service") is owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such data within the Service.
1.2 Contextora does not claim ownership of any data imported by Users into the Service. All rights, title, and interest in and to such data remain with the User.
2.1 Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to import, use, and process all data entered into the Service.
2.2 Users agree to indemnify and hold Contextora harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the User's import or use of data they do not have the right to use within the Service.
3.1 Contextora will only use User-imported data to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
3.2 Contextora will not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute User-imported data to third parties without the User's explicit consent, except as required by law.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
5.1 User Accounts: To access the Service, you must create a Contextora account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5.2 Connected Accounts: By connecting any AI models and platforms to the Service, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Contextora, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
7.2 In no event shall Contextora's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid Contextora in the last six (6) months, or, if greater, one hundred dollars ($100).
8.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Contextora expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.1 These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.
10.2 Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of [insert applicable jurisdiction] or the courts of the State of [insert state], although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Service in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
By using the Contextora SaaS application, you agree to these Terms of Service and affirm that you have the right to use all data you import into the Service.
Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Contextora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
